These little babies are called Persimmons, and they are quite possibly one of my new most favorite fruits. I had never seen or heard of them before I came to Jerusalem, and it took me awhile to even try them. But a few days ago I did... and now I could open up a store with my collection of them.
They taste like a mango/peach/carrot... YUM!
