yes you heard me right. Jessica had not had a hair cut in a long time and while we were blow drying her hair we decided that the time for one was in order, and so I graciously volunteered :)
Out on my patio, overlooking the old city of Jerusalem, i put a head lamp on, armed myself with comb and scissors and chopped away! cutting a total of mmmm 3 inches give or take, and i threw in an A-line cut as well- free of charge :) It turned out really good actually! I was quite proud of myself. I've seen my hair cut plenty of times, how hard could it be! haha
After i cut Jessica's hair, my other friend Hailey also decided she should cut her hair, so i cut hers as well. only about an inch or 2 off hers, and if she tilted here head just right... it was perfectly even :)
We ended this amazing night of pampering, by dragging our mattresses out onto our patio and sleeping under the star! (there is only one visible star at night... two if you're really lucky) What a great day!

We just had an amazing meal of smoked turkey, mashed potatoes, & etc. had Joette Hill and kids over along with the usual gang. It was very fun and everyone was reading your blogs. It was great talking with you on the phone yesterday. We're thrilled how much you are loving it!
